My role as a building inspector takes me far and wide around the Sunshine Coast, from sea front properties, to Hinterland and rural escapes, the diversity of the types of properties I visit is fascinating. I had the pleasure of inspecting a mud brick house the other day, which had an appeal all of its own, nestled in acreage away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

In  an average day I may spend the morning inspecting a unit in Mooloolaba, and the afternoon inspecting a large Queenslander on acreage in Gympie.  The one thing my clients have in common is Trust, They all trust my knowledge and experience, to inspect and report on their next home for them, and communication is key!
